The Trout Have Arrived!

Today Michael from Trout Unlimited delivered our 100 "alevins" (since they have now hatched out of their eggs!) Alevins, as seen in the video, lie on their sides with their egg sacks still attached. This is their initial food source. It actually weighs them down for awhile! Eventually they'll consume their egg sack and swim up over the basket edge into the larger area of our 55 gallon tank.
